Fun Spot hit the magazines this week

Two publications had stories about Fun Spot in their most recent editions which hit the newsstands this week. Locally, I Love Orlando, a tourist publication featured the new Power Trip Roller Coaster at Fun Spot USA in Kissimmee. A nice photo of 4 people riding the coaster was included. It wasn’t John Jr riding the coaster this time. Instead it was two of his aunts, an uncle and a cousin. Hey, we tell you we are a family park. The Arie family truly does own, operate and is involved in all aspects of our parks. Also, the national magazine Funworld had a four page story on the history of International Drive. It shared how John Sr started Fun’ n Wheels just off I-Drive in the 70’s, sold it and left the area in the early 90’s, returning to open Fun Spot in 1997. I-Drive has changed a great deal in the last 40 years, and the Arie Family has been part of the changes. (The digital version of the November edition isn’t available for 3 weeks. If you want a good history of I-Drive see the two part special on Orange TV by Erika Cotton HERE. We also had an interview and photo shoot this week, for an upcoming December story in Orlando Attractions Magazine. Its Huge that we don’t need to hire a PR firm to get into magazines, but by providing safe, clean, fun and having great guests and supporters like you-all, people want to write about us. Thanks for being our advocates.

Teaser: And for a thousand people will be offering an Annual Pass. Details next week. Going on sale November 21.
